Last week of benefits, options? - 4 months and counting

My unemployment benefits end in 10 weeks and I have not found work as a call-centre agent. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
