Last week of benefits, options? - 3 weeks in

I exhausted my benefits and have 3 interviews lined up. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have savings for about a month. What did you do after benefits ran out?

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
