Last week of benefits, options?

My unemployment benefits end in 18 weeks and I have not found work as a quality inspector. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies.

I took a temp job while I kept looking. It covered rent, and the agency sent me to a permanent job within a couple of months.
