The claim window is closing and I am worried about bills. It has been a long 3 weeks. I wonder about extended programmes or help from local agencies. Where did you get help with bills?

Ask your state agency about any extended programmes. Mine did not advertise them, but they existed.

Call 211 to hear about emergency help with rent or utilities in your area. The list was longer than I expected.
