Last week of benefits, options?

My unemployment benefits end in 6 weeks and I have not found work as a graphic designer. It has been weighing on me all week. I have savings for about a month. What did you do after benefits ran out?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
