Laid off this week, where do I start? - what worked for you?

They called a meeting on Monday and 12 of us were let go. I had been there 12 years. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
