Laid off this week, where do I start? - what worked for you?

They called a meeting on Friday and 13 of us were let go. I had been there 13 years. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
