Laid off this week, where do I start? (update)

I was let go as a call-centre agent this week and I am still in shock. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I have not told my family yet. Which steps were urgent?

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
