Laid off this week, where do I start? (Salt Lake City)

I lost my job as a logistics coordinator and I am not sure what to do first. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
