Laid off this week, where do I start?, quality inspector here

I lost my job as a quality inspector and I am not sure what to do first. Thank you in advance. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
