Laid off this week, where do I start? (Minneapolis)

I was let go as a recruiter this week and I am still in shock. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Ask for your final pay, unused leave and any documents in writing before you leave, if you still can.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
