Laid off this week, where do I start?, logistics coordinator here

I lost my job as a logistics coordinator and I am not sure what to do first. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
