Laid off this week, where do I start? (Fresno)

They called a meeting on Wednesday and 4 of us were let go. I had been there 4 years. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
