Laid off this week, where do I start? - first time posting

I lost my job as a school bus driver and I am not sure what to do first. I worked as a school bus driver before this. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
