Laid off this week, where do I start? - first time posting

I lost my job as a call-centre agent and I am not sure what to do first. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
