Laid off this week, where do I start? - first time posting

They called a meeting on Tuesday and 10 of us were let go. I had been there 10 years. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Which steps were urgent?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
