Laid off this week, where do I start? - first time posting

I lost my job as an HR coordinator and I am not sure what to do first. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Which steps were urgent?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
