Laid off this week, where do I start? - first time posting

I lost my job as an event coordinator and I am not sure what to do first. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
