Laid off this week, where do I start?, dental hygienist here

I lost my job as a dental hygienist and I am not sure what to do first. Any experience at all would help. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
