Laid off this week, where do I start? - any advice?

I was let go as a paralegal this week and I am still in shock. I worked as a paralegal before this. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Which steps were urgent?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
