Laid off this week, where do I start? - any advice?

I was let go as a logistics coordinator this week and I am still in shock. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
