Laid off this week, where do I start? after 9 years as a logistics coordinator

They called a meeting on Friday and 9 of us were let go. I had been there 9 years. It has been weighing on me all week. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
