Laid off this week, where do I start? after 5 years as a procurement assistant

I was let go as a procurement assistant this week and I am still in shock. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
