Laid off this week, where do I start? after 17 years as a customer-service rep

I was let go as a customer-service rep this week and I am still in shock. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
