Laid off this week, where do I start? after 15 years as a hotel front-desk agent

I lost my job as a hotel front-desk agent and I am not sure what to do first. Any experience at all would help. I have not told my family yet.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
