Laid off this week, where do I start? after 14 years as an accountant

I was let go as an accountant this week and I am still in shock. I worked as an accountant before this. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
