Laid off this week, where do I start? after 11 years as a data-entry clerk

I was let go as a data-entry clerk this week and I am still in shock. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
