Laid off this week, where do I start? - 7 weeks in

I lost my job as a customer-service rep and I am not sure what to do first. I worked as a customer-service rep before this. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Ask for your final pay, unused leave and any documents in writing before you leave, if you still can.
