Laid off this week, where do I start? - 7 weeks in

I was let go as an event coordinator this week and I am still in shock. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
