Laid off this week, where do I start? - 6 months and counting

I lost my job as an IT help-desk technician and I am not sure what to do first. It has been a long 3 weeks. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Which steps were urgent?

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
