Laid off this week, where do I start? - 4 months and counting

They called a meeting on Friday and 13 of us were let go. I had been there 13 years. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have not told my family yet.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
