Laid off this week, where do I start? - 4 months and counting

I lost my job as a project coordinator and I am not sure what to do first. Any experience at all would help. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
