Laid off this week, where do I start? - 3 months and counting

They called a meeting on Wednesday and 11 of us were let go. I had been there 11 years. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
