Laid off this week, where do I start? - 22 weeks in

They called a meeting on Wednesday and 7 of us were let go. I had been there 7 years. I am in Tampa, in case local advice matters. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
