Laid off this week, where do I start? - 22 weeks in

I lost my job as a quality inspector and I am not sure what to do first. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
