Laid off this week, where do I start? - 2 weeks in

I lost my job as a graphic designer and I am not sure what to do first. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Ask for your final pay, unused leave and any documents in writing before you leave, if you still can.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
