Laid off this week, where do I start? - 19 weeks in

They called a meeting on Monday and 11 of us were let go. I had been there 11 years. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
