Laid off this week, where do I start? - 13 weeks in

They called a meeting on Monday and 6 of us were let go. I had been there 6 years. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
