Just got laid off, what should I do first? - what worked for you?

They called a meeting on Friday and 10 of us were let go. I had been there 10 years. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have not told my family yet. What did you do in the first week?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
