Just got laid off, what should I do first? - what worked for you?

I was let go as a customer-service rep this week and I am still in shock. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. What did you do in the first week?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
