They called a meeting on Thursday and 12 of us were let go. I had been there 12 years. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Which steps were urgent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
