Just got laid off, what should I do first? (update)

I was let go as a customer-service rep this week and I am still in shock. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits.

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
