Just got laid off, what should I do first? - first time posting

I lost my job as a line cook and I am not sure what to do first. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
