Just got laid off, what should I do first? - first time posting

I lost my job as a payroll clerk and I am not sure what to do first. Thank you in advance. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due.

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
