Just got laid off, what should I do first? - first time posting

I was let go as a warehouse supervisor this week and I am still in shock. Any experience at all would help. I have not told my family yet. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
