Just got laid off, what should I do first? - first time posting

I was let go as a procurement assistant this week and I am still in shock. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. What did you do in the first week?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.
