Just got laid off, what should I do first?, event coordinator here

I was let go as an event coordinator this week and I am still in shock. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Which steps were urgent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
