Just got laid off, what should I do first? (Detroit)

They called a meeting on Monday and 15 of us were let go. I had been there 15 years. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I have a few weeks of savings and a rent payment due. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
