Just got laid off, what should I do first?, customer-service rep here

I lost my job as a customer-service rep and I am not sure what to do first. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have not told my family yet. Which steps were urgent?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
