Just got laid off, what should I do first?, customer-service rep here

I lost my job as a customer-service rep and I am not sure what to do first. It has been a long 4 weeks. I have a box of my things and a short letter about benefits. Is there a checklist I should follow?

Give yourself the first couple of days to be upset. I did, and then I felt able to plan.

I made a short list: benefits, bills, documents, and then my résumé. One thing each day kept me steady.
